Anne Hathaway and Exercise

Anne Hathaway is a growing star in Hollywood. She is also someone who has not trapped by the size zero mentality which is running so rampant in Hollywood.

She is not an extremist with regard to dieting and exercise.

Celebrity Diet


Anne confesses that she was at her thinnest for her role in “The Devil Wears Prada”. Her diet consisted of living on tiny portions from a meal delivery service.

She has to be careful with what she eats as she is lactose intolerant, cannot digest fried, spicy, refined flour and fried foods easily.

She now eats organic goat’s cheese, organic vegetables and wonderful whole-wheat bread.

Anne did adhere to a vegetarian diet for ten years. However, she no longer does so.

Exercise


Three times a week Anne runs for 30 minutes or 3 miles. She also does 20 push ups a day.

Breakfast

Greek Yoghurt with goji berries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries

Lunch

* Egg Frittata
* Tomato salad

Dinner

* Roasted butter nut squash with goat’s cheese
* Green salad with avocado
